Terms of Service

The agreement between you and the ImageSize operator covering the scope of the service, limits on use, ownership of content, third-party trademarks, disclaimers and liability.

Last updated2026-10-24Effective2026-10-24Versionv1.0Sections12

In one line: A free, no-signup browser tool: code and copy belong to the site, your images and exports belong to you, the service is provided as is, and platform specs follow the official documentation.

Effective scope: Accessing or using any page means you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. If you use the site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the organisation accepts responsibility. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site.

What this service is

This site offers three image tools: the size converter (one image into every platform spec), the icon forge (favicon and home-screen icons) and bulk compression (slim a batch down). All decoding, cropping, resizing and encoding happens in your browser; there is no upload endpoint, no account and no cloud storage.

The service is free, with no subscription, in-app purchase or advertising. The operator may add, change or retire a feature based on maintenance cost, platform redesigns or compliance requirements without prior consent; when data handling is affected, the privacy policy is updated at the same time.

Availability, with no service-level commitment

The site is maintained on a best-effort basis with no service-level agreement. Hosting outages, CDN incidents, network interruptions, browser capability differences (for example no WebP encoder) or scheduled maintenance can all make pages temporarily unavailable or degrade some features.

There is no data recovery. Exports and the images you loaded exist only in the current tab's memory and are reclaimed on refresh or close — there is no copy here and we cannot retrieve it for you. Download anything important and keep your own backup.

Licence to use the site

Subject to these terms you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to process images you have the right to process — including commercial projects and client deliverables — with no attribution and no fee.

The following fall outside that licence:

  • Redistributing, reselling or repackaging the site, its code or its interface, in whole or in substance, as another product.
  • Mirroring, bulk-scraping or copying site content to build a competing site.
  • Penetration or load testing without written permission, or automated request volumes clearly beyond normal browsing.
  • Removing, hiding or altering ownership notices and legal statements on the site.

Your images, and your responsibility

You retain all rights to the images you load and the results you export. The site claims no ownership and takes no licence; because processing happens on your device, we never come into contact with those files.

You must hold the copyright, permission or model release needed for the material you use, and you are responsible for how you process it. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: producing or distributing infringing material, forging identity or official documents, violating privacy or reputation, creating fraudulent or hateful content, or distributing sexual content — especially anything involving minors.

Because processing is local, the site can neither inspect nor delete what you process. That also means responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with you, not with the tool.

Third-party platforms and trademarks

YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Apple, Google, Android and Chrome names, marks and interface elements are trademarks or registered designs of their respective owners. They are referenced here for identification only; no affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement exists.

Spec data is compiled from publicly available platform documentation and is indicative only. Platforms redesign freely — pixel dimensions, cropping rules, file-size ceilings and review policies all change — so check the official documentation and the uploader's live prompts before relying on an export. The site makes no guarantee that an export will pass a given platform's review or display rules.

The site's own intellectual property

The source code, interface design, icons, copy and the way specs are organised belong to the site operator and are protected by copyright. You may use and quote them within the licence above, but not claim them or reuse them to build a competitor.

The boundary is simple: files you export belong to you, provided you hold the rights to the source material, and the site claims nothing over them; the site's own code and interface belong to the site. Open-source dependencies remain under their respective licences.

Provided “as is”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from errors or interruption.

Specifically, the site does not warrant that:

  • An export satisfies a platform's current review requirements or display rules.
  • Upscaled images are of high quality — when the source is smaller than the target, interpolation is unavoidable and detail cannot be invented.
  • Behaviour is identical across every browser, device or OS version.
  • Spec, size and rule descriptions always match a platform's latest release.

Nothing on this site is legal, design or business advice. For trademark use, model releases and compliance judgements, consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site — including lost profits, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data or files.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, such as personal injury. Because the service is free, your sole remedy in such cases is to stop using the site.

Your indemnity

If you breach these terms, violate applicable law, or infringe third-party rights — copyright, image rights, trademark — and that gives rise to third-party claims, demands or regulatory action, you bear the resulting responsibility to the extent permitted by law and hold the operator harmless from the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

Changes to these terms

The operator may revise these terms from time to time. Revised versions are published on this page with an updated “last updated” date and version, and material changes to rights or obligations are announced on the site before taking effect. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the site. If you breach these terms, access may be restricted or terminated.

Governing law and disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation and performance of these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court at the operator's place of establishment. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction grant you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
